Pierre L. Michaud, Jacques Cyr and Philip J. Napier are the three principals of JPH.
Pierre and Jacques learned the ins and outs of the Canadian Real Estate Market while working at several financial institutions, most notably SITQ, the Real Estate arm of the powerful Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec (CDP Capital), one of the largest property owners in the country.
Philip, on the other hand, brings the development expertise to the team and its insight into the American and European markets. Having lived in Rome during his formative years, studied at Cornell University (New York) and McGill University (Montreal) and successfully worked in Real Estate on both sides of the Atlantic, Philip understands what clients want from a professional Real Estate Asset Manager because he speaks the same language.
